Terms of Use

1. Introduction

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the apps made by InnovationBox - INBO Tasarim ve Danismanlik LTD (“InnovationBox,” “we,” “us” or “our”), located in Istanbul, Turkey, including ImaginePad, and our website at innovationbox.com (together, the “Services”). By using the Services, you agree to these Terms.

Some apps have their own terms with details specific to that app. Where an app’s own terms differ from these, the app’s terms apply to that app. For example, see the ImaginePad Terms of Use.

2. Eligibility and supervised use

The Services are intended for people aged eighteen (18) and older. An adult may let a child use our apps under their active supervision. In that case, the adult is fully responsible for the child’s use of the Services, including any content created, uploaded or shared, and any photographs submitted by or on behalf of the child.

3. Our Services

We make creative apps for Apple platforms. Many of them use AI to help turn prompts, drawings, sounds and photographs into things like coloring pages, artwork, animation and music, and some let family members create together. Our website is provided for information only.

4. Your content

You keep all ownership rights in the content you submit, upload or create with our apps (“User Content”). You grant InnovationBox a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to process User Content only to operate, maintain and improve the Services.

5. AI processing and third-party services

Some features rely on third-party AI providers, including but not limited to OpenAI and Fal.ai. User Content, such as prompts, drawings and photographs, may be sent to these providers for processing. We do not control or guarantee how these services process data or what they generate, and we are not responsible for their practices or results. AI outputs can be unexpected or imperfect.

6. Content safety

We design our apps to be safe and family-friendly and use content filtering and moderation to help keep outputs appropriate. No automated system is perfect, so adults are encouraged to review what is created. You agree not to use the Services to create content that is violent, sexually explicit, hateful or otherwise inappropriate.

7. Your responsibilities

You confirm that you have the rights and permissions needed for any User Content you submit, including photographs of people. If you upload photographs of other people, you are responsible for getting their consent. If you upload photographs of children, you confirm that you are their parent or legal guardian or have that person’s consent. You are responsible for making sure your User Content follows the law and does not infringe anyone’s rights.

8. Subscriptions and billing

Some apps offer subscriptions or one-time purchases through Apple In-App Purchase, and may offer a free trial. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled in your Apple ID settings. Billing, refunds and cancellations are handled entirely by Apple, and we do not store payment information.

9. Prohibited uses

You agree not to misuse the Services, including by:

  • doing anything unlawful;
  • creating content that is violent, sexually explicit, hateful or harmful;
  • infringing the intellectual property rights of others;
  • reverse engineering, decompiling or disassembling our apps;
  • abusing system resources or trying to get around content filters;
  • using the Services in any way that could harm children.

10. Our intellectual property

Our apps, website, names, logos, designs and other materials belong to InnovationBox or its licensors and are protected by law. These Terms do not give you any right to use them except to use the Services as intended.

11. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or end access to the Services at any time, without notice, if you break these Terms or if your use puts the Services, InnovationBox or others at risk.

12. Disclaimer of warranties

The Services are provided “as is” and “as available.” InnovationBox disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

13. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, InnovationBox is not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the Services.

14. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes take effect when posted on this page or in our apps. If you keep using the Services after a change, you accept the updated Terms.

15. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey. Any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Turkey.
